Description
The FD-C series Circular Single Blade Externally Resettable Combination Fire and Volume Control Damper is designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through circular ducts that pass through fire-rated walls, floors, ceilings, and cavity barriers.
ES classified fire damper with reduced smoke leakage characteristics (BS EN 1366-2). Size range available: 100mm to 315mm dia.
The FD-C Series can be installed from one side of the fire separation barrier without the need for fire-rated infill material.
The FD Series curtain blade Fire dampers are suitable for use in dryline walls and masonry/concrete walls and floors and cavity barriers and is independently 3rd party tested and certified to the following standards:
- Fire resistance tested to BS EN 1366-2.
- E classified to BS EN13501-3.
- CE marked to BS EN 15650 The fully welded fire damper case meets the air tightness test requirements of HVCA.
- Fully welded damper casing leakage Class C to BS EN 1751. Normal operating conditions to a maximum of 1000Pa.
