FSR/U P2 Non-vented, White Polyurethane Coated Natural Pine Internal, Laminated Double Glazed, Centre Pivot Smoke Ventilation Window System.

System includes: 1 x FSR/U P2 White Polyurethane Coated Natural Pine Internal, Laminated Double Glazed, Centre Pivot Smoke Ventilation Window with KA54 Chain Drive Actuator. 

FSC Certified. BBA Approved (02/3944). Non-vented. “topSafe” security and safety offering reinforced hinge and keep together with a steel slat to the lower part of the sash to achieve at least class III safety as per EN13049. External aluminium colour reference RAL7022. Natural Pine wood frame. Internal finish 3 layers of White Polyurethane varnish. The Actuator Chain can be disconnected which will then allow the sash to be rotated through 180 ° for cleaning the outer pane. When the sash is rotated through 180° the outer pane is safe and easy to clean thanks to the sash blocking bolt. Glass construction from outside to inside = 4H-ST14Ar-33.2T3 - The outer pane is a 4mm toughened glass, 14mm Steel spacer filled with inert Argon gas, The 6.8mm internal pane is an anti-burglary class of laminate 33.2 (class P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low emission coating. U-Value undeclared (glass U-Value 1.1W/m²K). Acoustic rating undeclared. G (%) 52, tv (%) 75.

Package will also include:

• 1 x Flashing to suit the roof pitch and covering being used (please confirm the roof pitch and roof covering prior to any resulting orders being placed). 

Electrics Package consists of:

• 1 x KA54 Chain Drive Actuator which opens the sash to 90°
• 1 x Control Unit with Break Glass
• Emergency Power Back Up (Batteries - 12V/3.2AH - 12v Battery 3.2AH (Type 8)
• 1 x Smoke Sensor (SD-O-371)
• 1 x Break Glass Alarm (RT45).

Harmonized standard EN 12101-2:2003. System suitable for pitches from 15-90°.

The FSR/U P2 Size 17 (1340 X 1400) achieves a 1.01m2 Active Aerodynamic Ventilation Area and 1.68m² Geometric Ventilation Area. 

The FSR/U P2 Size 10 (1140 X 1180) achieves a 0.71m2 Active Aerodynamic Ventilation Area and 1.17m² Geometric Ventilation Area.
