FSR P2 Natural Pine Internal Smoke Ventilation Window with KA54 Chain Drive Actuator - FSC Certified & BBA Approved

The FSR P2 Natural Pine Internal Smoke Ventilation Window is designed to provide efficient smoke ventilation and safety in commercial and residential buildings. It includes the KA54 Chain Drive Actuator, offering reliable operation and smooth opening for optimal ventilation. This system is FSC Certified, BBA Approved (02/3944), and certified to EN 12101-2:2003, ensuring you get a high-quality, trusted product that meets all necessary standards.

Material & Finish:

    • Natural Pine wood frame with an internal finish of 2 layers of clear lacquer for a sleek and durable appearance.
    • External aluminium with colour reference RAL7022, offering a stylish and modern look. 

Security & Safety:

    • Equipped with “topSafe” security that includes a reinforced hinge and keep, along with a steel slat in the lower part of the sash, meeting Class III safety standards (EN13049) for enhanced burglary protection.

Glass Construction & Performance:

 

    • Outer Pane: 4mm toughened glass, providing strength and safety.
    • Inner Pane: 6.8mm laminated glass with an anti-burglary class of 33.2 (P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low-emission coating for energy efficiency.
    • Argon Gas Filling: The 14mm steel spacer is filled with inert Argon gas to improve thermal insulation.
    • U-Value: Glass U-Value of 1.1W/m²K for energy efficiency.

 

Easy Cleaning Design:

    • The KA54 Chain Drive Actuator allows the sash to be rotated 180° for effortless cleaning of the outer pane. A sash blocking bolt ensures safety while cleaning, making maintenance simple and secure.

 

Ventilation Areas:

    • FSR P2 size 114cm x 118cm: Active Aerodynamic Ventilation Area – 0.71m², Geometric Ventilation Area – 1.17m².
    • FSR P2 size 134cm x 140cm: Active Aerodynamic Ventilation Area – 1.01m², Geometric Ventilation Area – 1.68m².
