A Smart Connect Multiloop Legacy Protocol Loop Card Module.

The plug-in SCM-LCM/STD module provides power for and handles communications to the analogue addressable devices. The SLC continuously monitors the status of all loop devices and displays their status. Up to 250 addresses (450mA max load) can be connected to a single loop.

The loop devices can be addressed via an 8 way DIP switch, or they can be soft addressed using the MKIITOOL handheld programming tool which helps minimise the potential for error and could reduce the installation time associated with traditional hard addressing.

The AUTO-LEARN saves considerable time and effort when installing a new loop or when changing device configuration.

It allows the system to learn what devices have been installed on the loop, and can help locate wiring faults on the loop.
